Quick service, clear communication, and very friendly staff.

Everything went relatively smoothly. However, I don't understand why they charged me over $150 for fuel when picking up the car...? They told me I could return the car with an empty tank… but a full tank of gas costs only around $40! This is practically extortion! I strongly demand an explanation and a refund!

No need to stand in line for pickup, no upselling, and quick return process.

There were more people in line here than at any other rental company, mostly Chinese people, probably because their promotions in China were quite successful. The explanation about the vehicle categories was not very satisfactory.
