Car was dirty inside and outside at the time of pick up...office staff was not present at the time of pick up for the first ~10min but office sign read open (would be nice to have a sign that says something like "will be back in 10min"...

The car was not washed when picked up and only had 1/2 tank of fuel. The total cost was also $9,00 higher than my reservation. The counter staff explained it as an additional tax. My reservation stated it was total cost including those taxes.
