Very good: the car was comfortable and drove fine everywhere for 5 days. It had heated seats and heated wheel a nice bonus in november
There were two staff members handling the process after queueing for a number ticket. Compared to bigger car rental companies, it's a bit lacking, but overall it's okay.
Terrible experience with the car rental company. Booked a car but couldn't pick it up. When we arrived at the airport and followed the instructions, there was no shuttle bus. We had to drag our luggage to the office, only to find it closed due to Christmas, despite us confirming the rental time multiple times. Iceland was cold and we were hungry, unable to find the car, waiting in the freezing cold for 4 hours until 3 AM! I spent over 8000 yuan for a 6-day rental from this company. To not delay our trip, we had to find a local car rental company and rented for 3 days but only got a refund of 1000 yuan! Do not rent here, they took the money but provided no car.
