Communication with staff member A was difficult, and they didn't answer calls from the rental platform service. I recommend buying insurance from the car rental company. QEEQ's own insurance requires you to pay upfront and the rental company also needs a £2000 deposit, which is locked for a long time. I had an accident this time, and fortunately, I thought the deposit was too high, so I bought comprehensive insurance for £200 from the rental company. When the accident happened, I called the rental company directly. It's impossible to reach QEEQ's customer service on the phone. If they charge customers, but can't provide the service, why make it difficult for people abroad?

Customer service very helpful as we needed to change the drop off location to Glasgow. Pick up location a long way from Edinburgh Airport and drop off location was a gas station since it was before opening which was odd.
