Professional service, excellent car condition

Overall satisfied, but had to wait for quite a while before the staff brought the car over during pickup. The staff left without saying anything, and I had to ask to find out that I needed to inspect the vehicle myself and mark any damages. The guard at the exit then signed off on it. None of this was proactively communicated.

Their attitude was quite average, but at least there were no major issues.

Car wasn't available so they offered a free upgrade. The upgrade car was dirty however so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be washed.

Like: Business trip so needed a reliable car, clean, no problems.
