Didn't get the car booked. Gotten a "similar" size but thought it's smaller than what we originally booked.

Very poor service at pick up, car wasn’t even at the location for the agreed 12.00 pick up. No apologies given was told to go and get a coffee and come back at 12.15. The manager, Khalid, was argumentative and told me it was normal to wait an hour implying I was lucky to get it when I did.
Very convenient, especially thanks to an elderly gentleman at the rental service point in Canada Square. He was lovely, friendly, patient, and meticulously guided us to the rental spot.
Received free upgrade on vehicle- staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
