Cheaper rental rates and functional vehicle

After arriving, you must call them and go to the Avis across the street to wait for the shuttle to the car rental company. The ride is about 10 minutes from the airport. The car was terrible, the exterior was all scratched The car smelled bad, had to open the windows for ventilation, the air conditioning filter definitely hadn't been changed in a long time. The whole trip I was worried about being scammed on return, luckily it didn't happen You get what you pay for; when traveling, the most important thing is a smooth experience, I don't recommend saving 300-400 yuan by using a smelly car Additionally, if there's an accident on the road, no one will likely help you I work in this industry in China, so I should be fair

Very convenient, pre-arranged pickup at the airport by calling after landing. Waiting time was not long; the driver helped with the luggage. The rental office is a 5-minute drive from the airport, and the car pickup process was swift. A clean small car ready to go!

Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
