Car was very dirty.
Milleage are very high around 160K
It quite stressful to drive, No comfort at all. The steering you need to hold tight all the time otherwise it will bring you to hell.
The conditions of seat was really bad. All the seats had stains. They need steam cleaning or need to get seat covers change. The car seats looks really unhygienic
The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.
The car was a bit of a up grade which was unexpected but good. Staff were courteous and help full. Still waiting on my deposit return but I am sure it will come as vehicle returned in same condition as picked up and tolls or traffic infringements
My vehicle was a much bigger and better car than I expected. Very comfortable and easy to drive. The only draw back was it didn’t have speed control. Very friendly helpful staff and smooth pick and drop off.
Car condition was great. Had to extend the vehicle hire due to airline change of times. Very appreciative for their accommodating my request. Will use for future vehicle rental
It was ok. Was a little troublesome getting to the location off the airport, especially for travellers, but overall was not too bad.
One comment though, the car came with an empty tank. That was a little stressful at the start.
Cheaper rates, but dont expect the newest cars compared to Hertz / Sixt.
Overall still a vehicle in good condition, but lacking some of the comfort features like Airplay.
Vehicle was well maintained, and we did not experience any breakdown during our 6 days drive

Smooth booking. However, price drop protector did not kick in.
I manually checked and discovered a cheaper rental. Had to cancel and rebook myself.
Cheaper rental rates, but dont expect the newest car.
Nonetheless, vehicle was very well maintained, very clean, and functioned perfectly during our trip. Served its purpose.

Smooth booking as always. However, the price drop protector is set a little too low, and did not trigger when prices dropped. best to manually check.
