Best car rental company I have ever dealt with

Original car was smaller than booked, was mot clean and had bodywork damage + one half-flat tyre. However, was quickly swapped out for upgrade at no additional cost.

very quick process and the car itself was fine however charged 155 euros more than we had been quoted and were told by counter staff that we had to pay or no car. Tried to sort out on return but very difficult to contact, repeated requests for the same information, time taken trying to resolve means it has cost even more. Would never use again

Like: The car hire offices are all together just outside the arrivals area. Staff were very polite and helpful. Cars are parked within 50 yards. All in all, a very easy and pleasant experience.
Dislike: N/A

Like: Staff were very efficient and friendly.The office was a short distance from the airport. Car was better than expected
Dislike: Car was parked on waste land with no marked bays so little difficult to locate.

Like: The new car, eco to use as not greedy on petrol.
Dislike: Return was a bit too easy on that I only had to leave the keys. I would have liked to sign something that it was returned in tip top condition to avoid any issues afterwards.
