Eurocar was too eager to charge for late return even though it was not our fault that the car drop off was not easy to find and there was no one at the counter when we arrived to return the car key.

Overall is satisfactory. However, it is better to have staff to cross check the car condition with the customer when pick up in order to avoid any arguments after returned the car. Despite the customer can take photo and report to Europcar by email, face to face witnesses is the most proper way and avoid the conflict of interest.

Yes. I was able to upgrade to an automatic Golf having accidentally booked a manual. I was happy to pay an extra $13 a day for that

Hadn’t used it before m, was happy with it. Straightforward.

Easy online booking process and pick up. Lovely car in as new condition.

Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked.
Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours
