Simple process, efficient service, very nice!

Services are provided by a third-party company in Phuket.

We arrived at night, the counter staff's attitude was average, but the employee who gave us the car was very nice.

It was the same clerk as last time, chubby and very cute.

After finishing the car rental paperwork, no one guided me to pick up the car. They just gave verbal directions which were hard to follow. I had to ask several people before finding it. The pickup location was a temporary stop without any specific signage, making it difficult to locate. I was not satisfied with this. Clearly, there were two staff members available; why couldn't they take a few minutes to guide the customers?
