Car was in very poor shape; it was missing a rim cap, interior was stained, floor was not vacuumed, exterior was not washed, provided usb cables were broken. Pick up location was inaccessible and in absolute decay. The lady at the front desk was great. Will not be using yesaway again.

The staff was very helpful. When I returned the car , I was running late to get to the airport due to LA traffic and the staff got me to the airport very quickly! The customer service was wonderful !
