Very bad experience, absolutely not recommended. Despite clearly stating that I had already bought insurance, they kept pushing additional insurance. They required two deposits, billed and refunded in euros, but converted using their own USD exchange rate. They charged me at a rate of 1.15 and refunded at 1.06, effectively making an 8% profit. These hidden costs are very high.

Overall service was excellent. Even though my English is average, the staff explained everything very clearly.

Additional rental fee and full cover charges, domestic insurance is not accepted. Apart from the charges, everything else is fine.

Satisfied overall. If you buy domestic insurance, you'll need to pay a 1400 EUR deposit when picking up the car. Both pickup and drop-off are troublesome, so I had to purchase foreign insurance instead.
