Queeq is good but No to Green Motion car rental

During pick-up, the staff didn't inform us that there was a card for exiting the airport parking in the registration document, and it was taken away by the staff. We found out about the card only at return and had to pay a fee. The staff handling the car return spoke only Turkish, using a translation app which led to communication issues and misunderstandings. They also didn't inform us about potential extra charges, which felt quite bewildering.

Pretty good, the accident was handled promptly, but their English is not very good.
