The car was great, as were the Icerental 4x4 staff. What wasn't good was the shuttle wait to get to the car rental. It was supposed to be every 10 minutes, but was more like an hour wait, which is unacceptable.

The shuttle service goes between the airport and the rental office around every 20 minutes, so do not worry if you don't see Icerental 4x4 representative right away. You are also welcomed to call rental office directly at +354 571-2266 and press 1. Rental office is open 24/7.

The service was excellent. I arrived one and a half hours earlier than the scheduled time, and it was very smooth to pick up the car. The car provided was an upgrade from the one I booked, which was genuinely great. Four days of driving without any issues, very hassle-free. The return process was also very smooth, and they dropped us off at the airport, so there was nothing to worry about.
