このAlamoのサービス体験はとても良くて、行った時に人が少なくて、ほとんど並ばなくて、しかも従業員は何も売り込みません。ロサンゼルスのダラーズでレンタカーを借りていたときに社員がさんざん営業していたのと比べると、まるで清流のようです。車はスタンダードSUVのエリアでキャデラックやスバル、ハイランダーなどを自分で選びましたが、大きすぎてホールドできないので小さいのを選びました。車は新しく、全体的には満足のいくレンタカーでした。

The rental price this time was relatively reasonable. The procedures for picking up and returning the car were simple. Alamo's staff had a good attitude, and the car we rented was quite new, with less than 6000 miles on it. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The downside was that there were too many people picking up cars, and it took three hours of waiting in line to get the car. Hopefully, Alamo can come up with a better plan for handling such situations when there are a lot of customers.
