Arrived at midnight, completed paperwork and got the car in about 20 minutes. Very convenient and highly recommended.

No need to queue, but the staff takes a longer time to process.

I got a larger car then booked, and had a lot of space. the car itself was well used and had lots of damage and since I picked it up late night I couldn't see all of it in the dark, so I was a bit nervous what would happen at drop off, but staff was easy and swift and no issues.

There is only one counter at international building in Phuket airport. But I’ve landed at domestic so I need to walk across the building when pick-up and drop-off which is not convenient with the luggage.
