The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

“Hassle free”

I had lost my driving license & I orally I was told by the lady at the Alamo counter I couldn’t rent without the original license - even though I had printed out a copy (I keep a copy on Dropbox) & a UK government DVLA access check code - but when I told the manager I rent direct from Alamo every few weeks in the USA - he said it was fine. I only booked through you since ALAMO had no cars showing as available - so good for you for having stock with them.
