They added many insurances without saying anything, even though I had already bought them on the domestic platform! The store staff didn't inform me, and the rental agreement was hard to understand. They didn't charge any fees at that time, only pre-authorized. After returning the car and boarding the plane, I received the charge notification via SMS several hours later, after the flight had landed!

The wait time for picking up the car was quite long. The staff kept persuading us to upgrade the vehicle, and the pricing was not very transparent. The return process, however, was fairly simple and smooth.
