The store service was very good, they had already prepared the necessary documents for renting, I barely spent a few minutes before driving off.

I booked an Audi A6 class wagon, but when I went to pick up the car, the agent had us sign a confirmation declaration and we discovered that we got a Skoda wagon instead, which is significantly below the class of the car we booked. Since the pickup point was some distance from the counter and we were in a hurry to get to the ferry, and our English was not fluent, we reluctantly accepted the car and left.
