Normal car rental procedures are fine, but making changes can be somewhat troublesome.

Excellent service, the staff at the rental company were very handsome, enthusiastic and considerate. Their driving skills were top-notch. I had booked a SUZUKI VITARA, but they replaced it with a HONDA CRV, which was an automatic, very new, and easy to drive. I will definitely rent from them again next time I visit Iceland.

The service was pretty good. After calling them from the airport, someone came to pick us up within five minutes and took us to the rental location. Returning the car was quick too. Since our hotel was close by, the rental company's employee drove us directly to the hotel.

I purchased insurance before booking the car but then informed me that they would have a $2400 hold on my card if I did not purchase the $30 a day insurance. It was ridiculous. LONGGGG wait to pick up the car and waited forever to be picked up from the airport.

Long wait on booking in, vibration through steering probably wheel balance, wipers were not very good and one head light was out.
