The registration process for a new customer took too long and was significantly slower than car rental procedures in our country, but the service attitude was quite good!
Overall satisfied, but be sure to check the fuel gauge and inspect the car for scratches at pickup. The staff did not proactively mention or verify these.
The car pickup process was very quick. After checking the documents and papers, I could pick up the car in the parking lot myself, which was very convenient. I recommend using Google Maps for directions to the store. The Milan train station store is easy to find. I returned the car at the Verona train station where the store is at the gas station.
