This store is in downtown New Orleans. We went on a holiday, but it was still open, and we only queued for a short while. The staff asked if I wanted full insurance, and I hesitated because I thought I already had it. The staff quickly realized and said, 'Oh, you already have it. Sorry.'
When we arrived, there were no small cars left, so they gave us a pickup truck.
