The car pickup was okay, but the staff complained when I didn’t buy anything from them, suggesting I use the self-service option instead. I asked if they could pay the Golden Gate Bridge toll for me, and they directly said no.

They charged a lot of extra fees. Being abroad and not speaking the language, it would have been better to book on-site. I feel cheated and won't come back again!

The car rental location at Las Vegas Airport is very convenient, with many rental company counters all in one hall. We arrived early, so there were very few people in line and the rental process was very smooth. The car pick-up hall is large with clear signage, and there were many models to choose from within the same class, at least 10 cars or more.
