Scheduled pickup time was 9:00 AM, but no car was available when we arrived. After nearly an hour of coordination, they asked us to go to the train station to get the car (returning the car still had to be done at the originally agreed location). We then waited for almost another half hour. Finally, a black Santa Fe arrived, but it was already very rushed, and the lighting in the underground parking lot was dim. We noticed the rear bumper was visibly damaged. The next day, when returning the car, the staff had a tough attitude, claiming there was a barely noticeable dent of about 4 cm in diameter on the front of the hood. It was so unfair. Despite all our explanations, the deposit (£250) might be used entirely for compensation, and insurance couldn't cover this (even though we had full coverage). Terrible service!

Picking up the car was very smooth, no waiting time, everything was fast. The car was quite new and it was a hybrid, which was very fuel-efficient. During this trip, I only refueled once on the last day when I exchanged the car. Quite remarkable.

Took the car only for half a day and driven only for 65 miles as per the invoice but the Fuel charges is 42 pounds. Invoice also mentioned that Fuel was full tank but it was not the case. for 65 miles you expect fuel to be reduced to half? Also, what is exs charges? I have collected the car at 12 in the noon and returned at 5.15 PM, invoice shows 23.08 PM. Understanding the bill is very difficult. Total shows 90.50 but amount due is 139.50. How is it calculated? Additionally i have paid 54 pounds to Qeeq while booking the car. So for nearly 5 hrs of renting a car cost me 194 pounds?
