Rented cars twice, booked different cars - one a large business car and the other a medium business car, but ended up with the same car both times. The price difference was 2000 RMB, and after 3 months of negotiation, I got a refund of 727 RMB. Can I swear now?

The location of this branch is easy to find, just a one-minute walk from the airport exit. The staff were friendly and recommended upgrading the car and insurance. Since it was my first time driving a right-hand drive in Melbourne, I decided to be cautious. Both picking up and returning the car were very convenient, especially the return process, possibly because I bought full insurance. I will consider this company again next time. Great service.

Car was on par with what we expected. Not sure why the service counter staff initially assigned a smaller car, but then mentioned that we were given a "free upgrade" to a bigger car (which was actually the exact same car that I had chosen upon booking).
