The service at the counter was quick and the staff were fairly friendly, although they did try to sell insurance. The Jeep Grand Cherokee I booked online wasn't available, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead (I guess there aren’t many Grand Cherokees and it's just a gimmick online). Overall, Alamo’s cars aren't new, but the condition is acceptable, though the interior was a bit dirty.
The only company that required me to show a translation document and tried to upsell insurance and GPS. After rejecting the upsell, they said that the Grand Cherokee I booked all came with GPS and I had to choose another SUV. It didn't feel as good as Sixt.
