2回目のフランクフルト空港でのAVIS利用でしたが、前回とは変わらないと思いましたが、やはりひどいものでした。車種はあまり安くないグループを借りましたが、グループにない古い車があてがわれました。スコダです！時速180キロも出せない！その時、スタッフはベンツにしますかと言ってきましたが、グループにベンツがあるのでお願いしました。結果、追加料金がかかりました。レンタカー会社と調整しても解決しませんでした。

A small pebble caused a tiny dent the size of a fingernail, and they charged 464 euros for the repair! They also claimed it was the lowest possible fee! They initially agreed to a 10 euro daily upgrade fee, but upon return, they insisted on 20 euros per day!
