I booked a C-class but got an X1 instead, which is clearly not the same class in China. Maybe in Germany, X1 has the same price as C-class. I've had a good impression of Hertz before, but this experience was very disappointing. The staff refused to mediate over the phone with the booking agency. It was really frustrating.
