They promised to pick us up within an hour to go to the store, but we heard nothing from them and they didn’t show up. When we arrived at the store ourselves: no cars! When will there be cars? They didn’t know and couldn’t say, but assured us they would deliver one as soon as possible.
I booked online for $44.25 per day including tax, but the bill showed $46.22. The worst part was they added towing service (PAI $3 per day) without informing us and tricked us into signing for it.
Lesson learned: Avoid small downtown locations. They are more expensive, riskier, and provide poorer service (possibly due to language barriers). Opt for the airport location, especially Alamo, which is supposedly part of the same group.
There was a bit of a cue at the counter, but the people at enterprise worked their way through them pretty quickly.
The car pick up was smooth and quick, we could pick our rental ourselves, as long as we stayed within our category of car booked.
Return was also very quick, lots of people checking in the cars from enterprise, so it was fast, even though many checked in.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
It was really simple and self explaining, creating no issues with enterprise. And no assistance was required.
