The vehicle's condition wasn't great. The engine warning light came on while driving, the wipers were almost unusable, and the door lights didn't work well. The main issue was: the insurance claimed on the rental order wasn't included (though I had bought full insurance). It didn't cover even the most basic theft, collision, or any amount of protection... I had to keep calling home to sort this out but got nowhere! It wasted a lot of my time, and I was charged an extra $20 late check-in fee at my accommodation because of this. The rental cost also didn't match; the prepayment wasn't recognized by the rental company, and I had to sort it out again after returning home...

O único inconveniente é em Cancun o seguro de proteção de terceiros é obrigatório e não está incluído no orçamento - ficou cerca de USD25 por dia, e isso fez com a minha reserva terminasse quase o dobro do que havia pago inicialmente.

The car was excellent, the check in and check out process was great and the customer service was phenomenal. We could not be happier!! Thank you Budget.
The only problem I had was with the 3rd party insurance since I was led to believe that it was included but at the counter I was told I had to pay an additional $20 per day.
