Even though it was a new car, it broke down unexpectedly, and the roadside assistance was very slow, which affected our subsequent plans. The rental agreement was for six days, but the car broke down after just four days. There was no compensation or refund for the remaining two days.

Overall service is quite good. There was an unexpected issue with the vehicle and the replacement was not very timely. The language barrier and replacement procedure were not clear enough, and there was no assistance at critical moments, which was somewhat frustrating.

I've rented from Alamo many times and I'm always satisfied. The staff at the Salt Lake City branch are very friendly and never push insurance. The first car I got had some tire wear, but the staff quickly got me a Malibu with only a bit over 200 miles from National. The service is really excellent.

Rented a car from the Alamo store at Salt Lake City Airport. The front desk staff were very patient and served us well, clearly pointing out the pick-up location and usage precautions. They will ask if you need extra insurance, just say no, everything else went smoothly.
