A pre-existing stain on the front windshield was used as an excuse to charge me over 3000 yuan when returning the car. It feels like a scam to extort money.

The pickup location is a bit far, but the on-site staff, although few, are quite efficient and the procedures are simple.

The wait for the shuttle at the airport took a bit too long. However, everything else was quite smooth and efficient, both for picking up and dropping off the car. The car was very new and even had a rearview camera. It was a perfect car rental experience, and I'll choose it again when I go to New Zealand.

When there was a charge for vehicle damage in Christchurch, the staff at the store actively helped to check the information and asked for materials. They were very patient.
