The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.
The car pickup process was smooth. However, when returning the car, the staff had already left and I had to return it myself, which caused some trouble. Fortunately, it was resolved smoothly.
I booked auto car but they said they dont have auto so I should pay more for bigger auto or just same amount but smaller auto or I should go for a manual car even if they mentioned it is auto.
