I would still recommend renting, but the toll pass is a bit of a scam. However, it's a company policy, so just deal with it. The staff in San Francisco were very nice, but the African American employee at Ontario Airport in Los Angeles was not friendly. I personally felt that White or Hispanic staff were very friendly, while Asian and African American staff were not friendly to us.

The service was very poor. They intentionally required the car to be as clean at return as it was at pickup, and demanded a cleaning fee. I will never use this lousy rental company again.

Fraudulent charges, no signed contract but charged without permission! For nearly three months, no contract has been provided! They keep delaying and not solving the issue! Strongly recommend against choosing them!
