車のピックアップ時にずっと営業をかけてきて、車両の変更をすすめられました。お昼時に行ったせいか、前にも後ろにも10人以上並んでいました。最初は4人のスタッフが対応していましたが、後半は誰もいなくなり、何も言わずに待たされました。やっとのことで順番が来たと思ったら、また営業され、もういらないと言ったのに、さらに様々な提案をされました。最後には他の人の伝票を渡され、車を返却する時もスタッフの態度が悪かったです。対照的に、AVISのサービスは良く、効率も高かったです。
