The service was very patient. Mr. Santiago-Lopez at the Atocha train station counter gave us a detailed explanation of the car rental details and terms, and recommended a more comfortable model, which is commendable. A tip for fellow renters: there are fewer car options at the train station compared to the airport, so the selection is limited. However, you can rest assured that you will get a car.
Staff management needs improvement; the waiting time is too long. Even though I purchased full insurance from the platform, the rental company still insisted on buying additional insurance.
It's inconvenient that to change the pickup time, you can't do it online or by phone. You have to go to the store in person. I hope this can be improved.
Service attitude was mediocre, and they did not explain insurance claims and prices clearly.
