The rental process was very convenient. Just give them the order, driver's license, and translation, and it's handled quickly. When picking up the car, they directly tell you the location, and you can go there yourself—it's completely self-service. Returning the car is just handing over the keys, and no one checks the car. Very convenient.
Customer service was very enthusiastic and good. However, they were quite pushy with insurance. I ended up buying an extra 100 AUD insurance at the counter.
The service was fast and convenient, and the condition of the car was surprisingly good. Picking up and returning the car both took less than 10 minutes.
