They charge me $10 extra for insurance even i show proof of my own insurance .

This is an off site vendor. Two Venezuelan young men operate the whole business. They are open 8 am to 8 pm. You have to go to Terminal 1 to the bus stop position 7 and call and wait for their van. If you do this there are no problems. Be SURE you have bought insurance and have that policy (or yours) as evidence. Amazing prices and friendly service.

I reserved the vehicle for pickup at12pm and dropoff at 12pm. My flight arrived at 7pm. The representative didn't want to change the rental time. He was nickel and dimeing on the car insurance. I already had insurance on my own vehicle, so I wanted to transfer the coverage to the rental, but he didn't want to, this way he could make more money on the agreed upon price. The vehicle wasn't the agreed upon vehicle. I wanted to end the weekly rental early, but I was told there's no refund. Guess I won't be using RIGHT CARS anymore. Definitely not customer friendly.......

Originally I read that I needed proof of insurance in order to not purchase insurance which was no problem, but when I went to pick up the car I discovered that I needed ridiculously high coverage and so had to pay $15/day for insurance. Then I also found out that I had to pay for a sun-pass toll thing for another $14/day. In their defense, both of these items were listed in the small print, but I felt taken advantage of. Then the car I ordered was supposed to be a small car and I was given a minivan which I didnt need or want but they said they had no other options. And finally, they gave me the car with only a 1/4 tank of gas which was very inconvenient for my 36hour rental. Was not impressed.

No complains about easycars.com. Seemed to work well and do its job.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.
