Excellent service

Rented a car in Germany; previously had an accident in France and the car was towed away. The German company actively coordinated with the authorities to help us get a new car for free and continue our trip. We rented two cars, and only one had an accident. Even though the other car also had an issue when we returned, having full insurance saved us from further trouble.

The service was quite satisfactory. It's best to pick up the car on time, otherwise, there may not be a suitable vehicle available if you arrive early.

I was upgrade and therefore more thank happy. Fuel was level to level which is always tricky cause you end up loading more fuel than originally needed, but okay. Was fine.
