Overall service was satisfactory. However, the staff insisted on seeing a notarized document even though I told them my driver's license was in English. Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.
Instead of the small car model specified in the contract, I was given a Chevrolet SUV. I'm not sure how much additional charges will be incurred.
