The process of renting and returning the car was simple, and the car was very new and comfortable to drive. However, the downside was that since our rental period was less than 10 days, we couldn't get a GPS. The company didn't have any available, neither in Chinese nor in English, which caused us a lot of trouble.

The car rental company was very friendly. I booked a compact car, but because I had four suitcases, they upgraded me to a Volkswagen Touareg at no extra charge. The car had only 10 kilometers on the odometer, almost brand new. The driving experience was excellent.
