I encountered a small issue when renting the car because my credit card was maxed out and I couldn't complete the deposit transaction. I had cash but the counter staff said they only accept credit cards. Later, I called the credit card center to apply for a higher limit and finally managed to rent the car. I suggest the company offer more payment options in the future.

However, there was no gas station on the way back to the airport from Padang, and the rental booth staff didn't mention this. As a result, we spent nearly an hour searching for a gas station at 21:30 but couldn't find one. With a flight at midnight, we had to return to the airport by 22:30 and pay for an expensive tank of gas. It started perfectly but ended very disappointingly...
