The procedures were quick and professional. However, the staff responsible for inspecting the car were not professional enough. We noticed some scratches on the car which they denied at first, but later confirmed after we pointed out that it was already noted in the rental agreement.
Europcar provided a diesel Hyundai I40 this time, just as I initially requested. It met my expectations. Picking up and returning the car at the airport was convenient. I drove 1600 kilometers, and the built-in navigation system was very effective; the portable GPS provided was quite average and not as good as the TOMTOM app on my phone. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the car rental company.
The rental office is inside the airport, it's a small storefront with two counters for processing paperwork. However, as this is a big company, the procedures were completed very quickly; it took only about ten minutes to finish everything. We picked up the car from the garage, and we were very satisfied.
