The first car they gave us was quite average. Later, the car was damaged halfway, but they replaced it through Dollar with a good one.

Very quick service for both pickup and return, both done in about 5 minutes.

We couldn't ultimately rent the desired Jeep Grand Cherokee, only an equivalent Enclave. We made efforts to switch cars at the rental site, but due to the one-way rental situation, many cars were restricted. We also called Dollar's customer service, but the phone lines were down due to continuous snowfall.

The car was in good condition, and the service was good, except the driver's attitude when dropping off at the airport was terrible.

The service attitude is very nice, and the vehicle condition is also okay.
