It's okay, the process was quick.

Contacted the rental company before clearing customs at the airport, and they told us to contact them again at the designated waiting spot. They said they would arrive in five minutes, but we ended up waiting for more than twenty minutes. During that time, I messaged them via WeChat and the rental company responded with impatience. Additionally, the pre-booked baby seat was not installed and had to be crudely tied with a seatbelt, which was very unsafe. This was my third time in New Zealand and I've never had such a bad car rental experience. Strongly recommend against renting from this company.

Satisfied, there was an accident with the vehicle, and the owner promptly assisted in resolving it! Great service!

Overall the car was good and new but booking was made for 8am pickup however we waited almost 3 hours for Rental office to open which delayed our short trip. Location of rental pick was not easy to find.

Always easy and smooth process. No issues

Great car that was easy clean and easy to drive. I was given a bigger car than I booked which was very useful for us. Lovetrip offices are located about 5-10 minutes drive from the airport. The owner/manager picked us up from the terminal and drove us to the office - although we waited about 25mins for him to pick us up (we waited outside the terminal, and he was inside the terminal). So our advice would be very clear about where to meet him.
