Overall quite satisfied; the pickup and drop-off were very fast. However, I booked a Jeep Cherokee but was given a Nissan X-Trail. Japanese cars are not very sturdy; using snow chains even damaged the rear wheel cover.
The store was a bit far from where we were staying, about a 15-20 minute walk. The store itself was quite small, and there weren't many cars to choose from. Hertz is a big company, so the service was nice. Returning the car was very convenient; just checked the fuel gauge at the airport and we were done.
