The African-American lady managing the vehicles at the San Francisco airport had a biased attitude. She smiled at white customers but gave me, an Asian girl, a very old car without Bluetooth support. Feeling cheated, I requested a change and was then given a 2018 GMC. Additionally, I was forced to buy personal insurance, which they claimed was required by California law.

The service was excellent and enthusiastic.

Few people in line for car pick-up, staff service was decent, you can choose any car of the same type in the garage and drive off.

The pick-up process was a bit slow, but everything else was great.
