Was 2 hours late... was charged an extra sixty dollars... How was this calculated?

The local Thrifty rental company aggressively upsells insurance. The process took two hours, and if your English isn't good, you might easily get scammed.

Terrible company. Do not go for the cheaper option with this company. We already purchased three insurances on the rental platform, but when we got to the store, the staff kept pushing more insurance on us. We refused but then they asked us to swipe our card for a violation deposit. Turns out they charged us for full coverage insurance instead. When we got back, we found out they deducted over 1700! This is a scam company!

Los Angeles was disappointing, they didn't allow car selection and gave us a very small car with nearly 300,000 miles on it. Las Vegas was much better, they allowed us to choose a car.

La espera para recoger el auto fue de 4 horas, totalmente desproporcionado. Solo tenían 3 personas atendiendo para más de 100 esperando, y por lo visto es la práctica habitual de esta compañía.

返却時夜中の３時と言うこともあったと思いますが　スッタフが誰もいなかったため　３０分ぐらいうおうさおうしました。
