The rental and exchange process was smooth, and the car's quality was excellent!

Had to wait in line for a long time, and they kept trying to upsell.

I rented a SUBURBAN but got a GMC, both large American SUVs. The cars were new and fully equipped. Unfortunately, no one was there to show me the features when I picked up the car, so I had to figure everything out myself. Some functions might remain unclear. The return staff were not very friendly or proactive.

現地の天気が良く、せっかくならばコンパーチブルで走った方が気持ちいいですよ！と進められ、ちょっと高くなりましたが、せっかくなのでとアップグレードをしました。 結果的にめちゃくちゃ快適で、せっかくアメリカ来たのだから、オープンカーでアメリカの太陽と風を感じて走れて楽しかったです。

初めて利用しましたが、非常に使いやすいです。 価格も円表示で、複数のレンタカー会社から希望の条件で検索出来るので良かったです。
